Shipping policy

All orders placed before 6pm Sunday-Thursday are shipped out that same night, orders placed on Fridays & Saturdays are posted on Sunday evening. 

Tracking is included on all UK orders, we aim to have your items to you within 48 hours, orders placed on non-working days (Fri-Sat) will take longer to arrive. 

Orders placed from the EU and North America will take longer to fulfill as the item(s) must first clear customs, EU orders are expected to take a week to arrive whilst orders from the US & Canada may take up to two weeks as customs delays are frequent in this region. 

We use only trusted couriers and shipping services for all domestic and international orders. 

Please note once an order is in transit it cannot be cancelled, if you wish you apply for a refund you must first return the items in the original packaging.
