Shipping policy

All orders placed before 4pm Monday-Saturday are shipping out that same evening, Sunday orders are sent out alongside Mondays. All UK orders are affixed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping with tracking information being sent to the recipient email, we realistically expect all UK orders to arrive within 3 working days.

Orders to Europe and North America are expected to take significantly longer as the items must first clear customs in the recipients respective nation, we ask for customers from these regions to allow up to 2 weeks before contacting us if their items still havent been recieved.

Customers from the EU are offered the option at checkout at covering the import duty costs themselves or having us take care of this on their behalf.

We use only trusted couriers and shipping services for all domestic and international orders - Tracking is included on all orders.

Please note once an order is in transit it cannot be cancelled, if you wish you apply for a refund you must first return the items to the provided address
